1.Description of the Metal Crusher:
The Metal crusher is newly developed and manufactured scrap metal crushing equipment manufacture by Henan Hengji which is environmentally friendly. It is a new, efficient metal crusher which based on traditional ones and combined domestic and international industrial technology experience to respond to the national "green, low carbon cycle" policy. The crusher is a Metal crusher which developed for small or semi metal pieces. The hammer crusher (hammer mill) crushes by the collisions between high speed hammer and material, and the hammer crusher (hammer mill) has the features of simple structure, high reduction ratio, high efficiency, etc.
2.Operating Principle of Metal Crusher:
In the hammer mill, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series of hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being recrushed until they reached the required size.
3.Application of Metal Crusher :
Metal Crusher is capable of extruding various metal leftover, steel paring, waste copper, aluminum, stainless steel and scrapped car into regular charging as square volume, cylinder etc. different shapes. By this way, the costs of transportation and refining can be reduced. It also makes the transportation easier and faster. This machine mainly used in steel plants, recycling corporation, waste recovery and metal refining industry. Size of compression chamber and bale can be customized.
