Product Description:
The two-stage crusher is a new invented crusher from our factory. It's applied for coal gangue, furnace slag, cement, pebble, iron ore, lime stone, shale and so on materials' crushing for construction and other industrial materials. It has solved old crusher whose hammer and scale board wear too fast, not applying in wet material crushing these problems. It has advantages of: good capacity, high fineness, various kinds of materials applying, adapting to various working environments. It's easy to install, and best option for customers.
Working Priciple:
Input the raw material averagely by forklift or labor into the first crushing chamber. Material will be crushed by round plate and hammers for first time. Then the smaller materials will come into the second crushing chamber, where the materials will be crushed by high speed hammers. After that, material reached the screening hole size will come out of the machine in the output, larger material will stay in the chamber until it matches the required size.
Application of Two-stage Crusher :
1.The Two-stage Crusher is used in the works of mine,smelting,building .
2.It applied for coal gangue, furnace slag, cement, pebble, iron ore, lime stone, shale and so on materials' crushing for construction and other industrial materials.
3.This series of Hammer Crusher are designed for crushing ore and rocks with particle sizes less than 3 mm.
