Brief Introduction
The vertical circulating water vacuum pump is the latest designed vacuum pump model with circulating water as working fluid, and it adopts jet technology to create negative pressure. It is not only a kind of vacuum suction device, but also supplies cooling water to the reaction device at the same time. It has the non-oil, free-pollution, anti-corrosion, low noise, easy to move and so on features.

Features
♦ One machine with multi-pipe operation, where three sets (five sets )of air exhauster are fixed and can be used independently or parallelly, compared with desktop pump, swept volume is bigger, applied to large swept volume vacuum needs.

♦ The tank is made from Polyvinyl chloride plastics, free-pollution; The shell adopts stainless steel material or static spring plastic.

Compared with desktop pump, it has larger amount of exhaust, in particular suitable for big device’s demands.

Instructions

1. Add enough circulating water. Put the machine on the worktable steadily, first use, please open the mouth which is add water, ice. Then, pour into cool tap water, observe the water level float, stop adding water when the water level reaches the best level scale.

2. Power on. Please correctly connected the power cord between the machine and power supply.

3. Vacuum operation. Please let the suction cannula tightly attached to the suction mouth, checking circulating water switch to make it closed, then read out the indicated vacuum degree.

4. Provide circulating cooling water. When you need to provide recycled water to the reaction device, please contact the circulating water device with cannula, and then start the water cycle switch, you can realize the supply of circulating cooling water.

5. Outside the natural cycle. When the machine needs long time operation , in order to prevent the circulating water temperature rising and affect the vacuum effect, we can use a hose connected to water, control the tap water flow properly and let it formed natural circulation state. We also must continuous supplement and replace the cool water to keep circulating water temperature does not rise, it will not affect the vacuum effect.
