Working process
Auto-feeder load waste plastic into reactor, seal the reactor and heat the reactor by burning the fuel(coal,wood,natural gas,oil)
in the combustion system.there is a thermocouple installed the oil gas outlet to test the oil gas temperature,when thermocouple
show certain temperature, the oil gas will come out, then go through the cooling system to become to oil.
At same time,there are some gas(CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10 and H2) can not be cooled under normal pressure,they
will be recycled back to combustion system to burn as energy.the dust and sulfur gas will be removed by the dust removing system.
after the oil gas run out, there are slag(carbon black) inside of the reactor, HUYAYIN use the automatic discharging system to remove it.

Not all kinds plastic can get oil, if u wanna pyrolysis plastic to get fuel oil please refer
following : here i need to stress that the oil rate is for your reference, as different plastic different result, such as some plastic has very dirty slag, and the plastic is very wet.

2. Carbon black usage
The plastic carbon black can make the fireproof bricks, the other way is can be used to build ways.
3. the waste gas(CH4,C2H6,C3H8,C4H10 and H2)
As these gas can not be cooled under the normal pressure,besides they are all combustible gas, which is dangerous to storage.
after it produce we let the gas back to the combustion system to burn as energy. This will safe and save your fuel cost.
Loading system
HUAYIN invent the all sealing auto feeder to load waste plastic instead of the manpower.
As the sealing conditions, when machine works, auto feeder can feed material successively without smoke leakage.
as plastic is easy to become oil gas quickly so it needs 4-5 times to load fully of the reactor.
Heating system
There are many choices for customer from different countries, u can choose coal, wood,natural gas,oil etc. we can design different combustion system for customer.
Cooling system
We have the most advantage cooling system, the oil gas go through the three-grade cooling system try to cool more oil gas to oil.
Dust removing system
Aiming at the European market, we design the highest technology to make the stainless dust removing tower which
remove the dust and the sulfur very clearly,and plus our special chimney. When the waste gas from furnace,
