Environmental protection
Water includes two parts:
- First, condensing water, it can be recycled,water release is that pour into, no pollution, only a little high temperature.
- Second, dust removing water, it must be polluted water, but it also can be recycling, just pour into no discharge.
Slag is by-product, if it is made by plastic oil refining, it can be made of coal and brick. If it is made by tires oil refining, it is called carbon black, it is valued about 400-500 Yuan per ton in our country, if make it further process to 800-1200 mesh, it can be value about 4000-5000 Yuan per ton, this kind of slag is mainly used in rubber and plastic factory.
Gas includes two parts:
- First, exhaust, our equipments have advanced exhaust gas recovery system; we can recycling and reuse it.
- Second, smoke dust, it is generated from burning coal or exhaust, after the treatment of dust removing device, can meet the emission standards of national requirements.
Noise: Noise emissions are below the national standard.
