Industrial linear powder vibrating sieve
Straight sieve is our main product,it use excellent vibrating motor as power source, so that the materials can be thrown up on the sieve and forward to make a straight
movement. It can be equipped with single or multi-screen to achieve the goal of grading, impurity- removing, testing, washing , dehydration etc.
Application:
1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.
2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.
3) Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, gourmet powder, starch, milk powder, yeast powder, pollen, food additive, bean milk, juice, etc.
4) Paper-making industry: coated slurry, exhaust liquid, paper making liquid and waste water reclamation, etc.
5) Metallurgy and mining industry: quartz sand, ore, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, etc.
6) Mechanical industry: casting sand, powder metallurgy, electromagnetic material and metal powder, etc.
Working principle
Straight sieve mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then lead the screen box to do circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realize the purpose of classifying.
