Introduction
JZS series rotary vibration sieve is a high-precision powder griddle through a number of patented technological innovation (rapid beam ring design, the flange motor design) , low noise, high efficiency, quick changer only needs 3 - 5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for tablets, powder,mucus, etc. materials screening filter.
Working principle
Its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibrating source. The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieve surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the vibrating motor top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the screen.

Advantages
This machine is used to sieve the power materials with a good performance.Compared with a common machine,it has the following characteristics:
1.High output, with a more five-ten times set/h output than a common machine or above.High sieving efficiency with a 85%-95% sieving rate.
2.Low noise and power consumption. Suitable for a continuous production with a easy use and maintenance.
3.Suitable for a wide fine range with a high grade mesh. It can screen out 80-500 mesh powder materials. However, it is quite difficult for a common machine to screen out more than 200 mesh powder materials.
4.Self-cleaning function,no mesh plugs and high screening efficiency without attenuation.
5.A real way to solute the problems of static,reunion,strong adsorption etc.
6.A closed structure without powder flying out and enviromental pollution.
7.The ultrasonic power can be continuous and intermittent work.It uses integrated circuit boards,fully enclosed,digital CPU to control.
Accurate sieving standard. Subject to the state test, the sieved residue is 0. It is very difficult to reach such a good result to a common vibration screening machine.
