1). Continuous Operation

The latest continuous-feed system has a much bigger process capacity since it doesn’t require the starting and the stopping in the pyrolysis reaction circle. The increased automation clearly has the big advantage of reduced downtime, reduced labor cost and increased efficiency over the batch feed generation

2). High Oil Rate & Improved Oil Quality
Through research and analysis, our engineers have equipped our pyrolysis machine with special designed gas separator and distillation tower. With the help of the catalyst within the distillation tower, our pyrolysis system pre-refine the vapor before the condensing process. As a result, the output crude-oil rate and quality is dramatically improved after these extra process. The percentage of the byproduct wax and un-condensable gas is also controlled under a reasonable rate.
3). Highly Automatic Processing & Operating System
From feeding, de-slagging, residue discharging to oil separating, our Green-star continuous pyrolysis system are highly automated and mechanized; the whole process is controlled and monitored by specially designed PLC operation system. It only need 2 people to operate and supervise the pyrolysis plant1
4). Energy Friendly
The system only needs 300Kg fuel* oil to start, once the pyrolysis process entering the stable stage the whole system will be sustained by the un-condensable gas generated through the reaction. The system could continuously work for mouths at the reasonable cost of electricity power.
5). Low Emission
Our unique 3-in-1 smoke cleaning system combining desulfurization de-duster, water film cyclone and spraying de-duster 3 equipment together to remove the dust and absorb sulfide, which make our pyrolysis system truly environmental friendly.
6). Easy Maintenance
Our Green-star continuous pyrolysis system not only easy to operate but also easy to maintain, with the help of our catalyst tower specially designed and build within the system, the whole system can continuously operate up to 6 months3 before going through a regular service.
7). Long service life
Our system use hot-air as media to transfer the energy to the reactor. Since the reactor is not directly heated by the flame and the temperature inside is controlled under 400℃, the system has a very long service life up to 15 years.

Exhaust disposal system:

Spraying de-dusting: circulating water without pollution; high pressure spray, dust absorpion; adding in alkaline and sulfur dioxide at high temperature.
