INTRODUCTION:
The High power Ultrasonic Sprayer (Atomizer) System is composed of ultrasonic transducer (converter) with cover,booster, nozzel and generator.Ultrasonic atomizer is using ultrasonic energy to break up the water or various liquid into several μm to more than 100μm particle. It is applied to air humidification, liquid Granulation, mixing, promoting chemical reaction, coating, and metal powder and so on.
In Ultrasonic Atomize technology of high powers, all powers are generated from the vertical transducer. The complete machine consists of ultrasonic transducer, booster, horn (sonotrode), and special generator. Its characteristics are lower working frequency, large power; high fog efficiency, single transducer fog volume can be large or small, one unit max. fog volume can over 100L/H; for medium unlimited, it can spray sewage, chemical liquid and oil mucus. The fog volume can be adjusted at will; it is mainly suitable application in industry field.
The ultrasonic atomizer will replace the traditional pressure atomizer, and be applied to various industry manufacture procedure and R&D widely. Especially in minim spay coating field. Ultrasonic atomizer’s fog is more exactitude, easy control and environmental protection.
