Brief Introduction of Pulverized Coal Injection Machine for drying plant
DRMP series coal injection machine is widely used for industrial boiler( such as heating, annealing, termpering), heating boiler, conduction oil boiler(drying, vaporing) and other kinds boilers.It can be
used instead of fuel oil, gas and electricity heat energy equipment, which can save 50% energy.
Our machines adopt the manganese steel 45# and chrome steel 40#, it's very durable. DRMP series coal injection machine can achieve the raw materials supplying, multistage crushing and transportation at meantime. There is no black smoke releasing when burning, the powdered coal can be sufficient burned. It is the new coal equipment, can reduce the labor intensity of workers, coat reduction, improving the economic efficiency to achieve the environmental protection.
Fetures of Coal Injection Machine
- Thick lining panel: DRMP coal injection machine, the inner shell lining is with thick chrome steel plates. So it is very durable.
- High wear-resistant hammer (for crushing): DRMP series machine, use 22~26 groups hammers. The hammers are treated with hardening, carburizing, quenching, it can improve abrasion resistance 2-3 times.
- Small particle size (after crushed). The particle size is smaller, when burning it will be more sufficiently and more environmental(less smoke). The particle size is about 160-200 mesh.
- High production capacity. DRMP coal injection machine is with reasonable design, 10% higher than similar products in production.
- Combustion. Our machine has double oxygen input; it can improve efficiency and burn sufficiently.
- Rapid decelerationintegration: reduction gear and spindle are designed in same group, to save electricity.
- Professional design team. We have specialized technical personnel to provide clients with design drawings and solve technical problems.
- Professional maintenance team. We have dedicated service team for customers, and for other brands of machine maintenance, and accept custom-made for hammer.
