Metal crusher machine for crushing waste metal pail and thin metal
Metal crusher machine mainly employed to grind large size metallic material into into solid metal lumps or granules, thus reducing transport costs and improving the efficiency of scrap steel making.The messy metallic shavings enter the grinder from the top opening port, twisted and torn into small pieces by the high-speed running plate gear, then discharged from the bottom sieve. Mesh size can be set according to the requirements of the particle size of the metal shavings.

Metal crusher machine is a biaxial fine grinder, which consists of worm gear motors, chassis, racks, helical cutter, drive shaft, driven shaft, gear, pinion gear and other components.Geared Motor adopts Direct Connect worm gear motor, which is mounted directly on the drive shaft.Power is transmitted by gear to the driven shaft and make the cutter on the main and driven shaft to form relative motion, so that the material is crushed by being squeezed, torn and cut in the grinder.
