Flotation machine is also known as flotation cell and flotation tank, which is one kind of ore processing equipment mainly used to separate copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold, silver, lead and other non-ferrous metals. So, it is also called gold flotation machine and copper ore flotation machine. 

Gold flotation machine is used to process fine gold, sulfide gold-containing quartz ore, multi metal gold-containing sulfide ore and carbon-containing ore.

Gold Flotation Process:

Gold mineral flotation normally adopts one stage grinding-flotation process, but stages grinding and flotation for ore with uneven distribution.

Grinding fineness of gold:

For the gold wrapped in sulfide minerals, sulfide ore reaches monomer dissociation; but for the gold with gangue, grinding fineness should reach gold monomer dissociation. Grinding fineness of minerals is determined by test.

Concentration of gold flotation process:

Flotation for large density and coarse particle needs thick pulp, whereas for small density and fine particle, need dilute pulp

Other process conditions

In addition to the grinding fineness, process conditions of gold flotation also includes slurry concentration, reagent dosage, aeration quantity, flotation time

Flotation machine working principle:

Mix the mashed rocks with water and necessary reagent in the mixing chute, and inject them to the pulp chute. Lead air to the pulp to make it form large quantities of bubbles, and some mineral particles that are difficult to get moist in water and that are generally called hydrophobic mineral particles will stick on the bubbles and float with the bubbles to the surface of the pulp to form mineralized bubble layer, and some other mineral particles that are easy to get moist in water and that are called hydrophilic mineral particles do not stick on the bubbles but stay in the pulp to discharge the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, thus completing the separation process.

5.Iron removing separator (Magnetic separator): separating fine material from grinded raw material, this product is mainly used for removing iron or selecting iron from material.

6.Chemical separating (Flotation machine): separating fine material from grinded material. This product is used for selecting specific ore by using chemicals from raw material, such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc etc.

7.Drying equipment(Rotary dryer):drying material to dry powder
