1. Shea butter oil extract mill machine process:
♥ First, magnetic separation,cleaning, flaking, cooking, expelling, in the pretreatment plant;
oil seeds→ magnetic box → cleaning →flaking → oil pressing → oil filtration→ extraction plant.
♥ Then,the pre-pressing cake goes to extraction workshop to finishing extraction process;
Solvent
↓
extractor → miscella → 1st, 2nd evaporation → stripper → crude oil
↓
Wet meal → DTDC toaster → cake.
♥ Finally,the crude oil needs to be refined to get refined oil, after degumming, deacidification, decoloration, dewaxing, deodorization.
