High quality home flour mill machine
1. The clean part of home flour mill machine:
Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening. Different capacity machine line has different number of beat, screen and destoner.
Beat: through the beat function of the wheat scourer, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.
Screening: to remove large and small impurities in the wheat seed by make the wheat go through vibrating sieve and aspiration sieve.
Destoner: mainly remove stone in the wheat to prevent them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.
Magnetic separator: remove metal material in the wheat to keep the roller safe and also avoid flour explosion accident of spark caused by the impact of the metal impurities and the machine.
Dampening: dampening the wheat bran before mill to ensure the bran’s integrity during the milling processing, avoid the bran going into the flour to keep flour quality.
2. The flour milling part of home flour mill machine:
Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran.
(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
3. Packing part of home flour mill machine:
The packing part can be manual also can be auto, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity.
Q1. What flour mill capacity can you provide?
A: We produce 5-1000 tons/24 hours, which means processing 5-1000 tons wheat/corn per day.
Q2: Can wheat, corn and rice produced on the same production line?
A: Wheat, corn and rice normally can not producing on the same production line. Because the wheat grain and corn grain has different physical property and some parts need different equipments. Even the same equipments, the model is different.
Q3: What factors need to be considered to design and install a whole set of flour milling equipments?
A: Flour milling design need to consider the wheat/corn you are using, local geographical conditions, climate, power type, customer's request etc. So flour milling machine is different for customer from different country.
