Biodiesel Making machine
Premium biodiesel is a fuel manufactured from vegetable oils. The production is a simple and well-established process that uses a proven process called transesterification.
Soybean oil is currently the leading source of virgin vegetable oil used for biodiesel feedstock in the United States.
Usage of Biodiesel ,
Biodiesel and biodiesel blends can be used in all compression-ignition (CI) engines that were designed to be operated on diesel fuel, such as diesel-powered cars, trucks, tractors, boats, shipping equipment, irrigation systems, mining equipment, and electrical generators
(1) Pre-treatment
(2) Esterification
Adding the standard raw material oil, glycerin and catalysts into esterification reactor for a certain proportion and velocity, switching on the heating device to adjust the required technical parameters, reacting 1-3 hours under vacuum state, discharging the water produced during the reaction on time. After sample gets tested then inserting qualified material into esterification sedimentation tank. Esterification is mainly reaction between free fatty acids and glycerol generates triglycerides and water while small amounts of monoester and diester are generated.
(3) Trans-esterification
Adding the esterified material with methanol and catalysts into esterification reactor and measuring and adjusting the feed parameters of process synchronously, switching on the heating device to adjust the required technical parameters. Sample should be taken spontaneously referring different time and location, it can continuously discharge when it passes the quality test and it also can be monitored on-line.

4) Biodiesel Distillation
Biodiesel distillation device for a multivariate adaptive bypass reduced pressure distillation device, in the condition of vacuum distillation of crude methyl/rectification. Process for cold material with top of gas phase composition to heating of heat transfer firstly, heat transfer materials through the heater heating again after the temperature meet the process requirements and then into the reactor to distillation or rectification, (rectification control reflux ratio),the tower of the gas phase material after heat condensation, the principal component into the receiving tank, light component via to overhead condenser under certain technological conditions entered into a receiving tank after cooling, the components of the effusion dish into a receiving tank, the bottom black feet by the pumps. Its advantage is: distillation, rectification, separation system as a whole, the residence time of biodiesel in equipment was decreased, and ensures that the color of the biodiesel, cold finished materials with heat transfer and heat into the distillation tower, give full consideration to the secondary heat energy utilization, greatly saves the cost of production; Deodorization and primary production in the tower separation, a combination of stench gas after the AO pool microorganisms dissolution of sewage treatment standards, not only reduce the heat loss, but also save the equipment investment, widen the elasticity of operation, also has brought great convenience to production operation.
