Our biodiesel plants have been exported to Dubai and Pakistan.We are the biggest factory for production biodiesel plant in China.Our company began since year 1995,now it's a public company and is supported by our local goverment.
The advantages:
1. uses micro negative pressure, to maximum limit solve the dioxin emission, which is a worldwide difficult problem, thoroughly realize the garbage disposal harmless.
2. adopts dynamic seal, independently developed by our company, in order to solve seal leakage which is caused by cold and heat expansion in the process as well vibration in operation process, and then greatly improves the safety coefficient in production process.
3.The internal rotating screw plate, independently researched developed by our company, could reduce impurity intake in production process, avoid pipeline jam problem in the follow-up process section.
4.The the slagout system could run in sealed, avoid splashing and pollution during deslagging, give production workshop a good working environment.
5.Taking petrochemical standard in the noncondensable gas recovery, safety coefficient has been greatly upgraded, explosion accidents caused by backfire in recovery process could be avoided.
In the full operating conditions, the expected consumption for producing of 1000 kg biodiesel meet standards using vegetable oil which contains more than 95% fatty acid:
