Introduction of the SZJ60 New Type Of Dry Ash Wetting Stirring Equipment
Humidification mixer is equipped with mono axle or dual axle which will spin continuously in the tank while working.
In order to control the humidity of the material, it allows the workers to feedwater at anytime it requires.
Our humidification mixer is produced with a high leakproofness, and no water or material will spill out.
some customers may need a digital control, then we would customize our humidification mixer with a PLC control system if it required.
This machine has two types: mono axle and dual axle, which has been extensively used in coal-fired plant, mineral processing (benefication) for ash conveying system.
Main Features
1. The powder material is conveyed to the container of the humidification mixer by either manually or automatically.
2. Feed water to stir the powder material fully.
3. Fully mixed stuff could be discharged from the container.
4. Used to process dry limestone to wet limestone with 25% water content.
5. Easier to be loaded and transported.
6. Long lifetime and less dust.
