Double Roller Crusher Application
1. Manda Machinery Plant engaged in manufacturing crusher for 18 years.

3. It is usually used in middle and fine crushing stage to crush medium hardness materials including coal,wood,limestone, furnace slag, coke, steel slag, salt, shale, good used in all kinds of ore, stone, rock fine crushing.
Double Roller Crusher Working Principle
Adjustment of discharging-material size: The wedge-shaped or gasket control is installed between two roll wheels. There is adjusting bolt in the top of the control. The wedge makes the active roll wheel away from fixable wheel, while the adjusting bolt is pulling up the wedge, this make the gap in the two roll wheels and discharging-materials size larger. When the wedge is pulled down, the active roll wheel under the action of holddown spring makes the gap and discharging become smaller. The gasket control trough regulates the quantity or thickness of the gasket to adjust the size of discharging-materials.
