The process of sesame oil making
Cleaning :
By means of Vibrating Sieve, the larger and smaller size impurities in rice bran are removed out.The rice bran is uniformly distributed on the surface of the Vibrating Sieve, herein the light impurities such as small piece of dry pod, stalk and dusts, are removed with function of aspiration channel, and standard size of rice bran passing through holes in sieve screen, while the large size impurities are remained on the surface. The Sieve is stable in performance, large in working capacity, and low in noise.
Cooking
by means of flat bottomed cooker, the material are heated, to improve the rate of oil yield.
Pressing

It can extract sesame, rice bran, peanuts, soybean, sunflower seeds and other many kinds
vegetable oil materials. It adopts micro electric control, Infrared heating, vacuum filter ,three
grade pressing, It not only can hot-pressing but also can cold pressing which is the most optimal equipment for individual processing.
Refining of sesame oil making
Crude oil - degumming - decolorization - deodorization -deacidification - dewaxing - fractionation .
Alkali hot water
Crude oil→filter→mix→reactor→mix→reactor→centrifugal separation→oil residue
