Cleaning :
By means of Vibrating Sieve, the larger and smaller size impurities in rice bran are removed out.The rice bran is uniformly distributed on the surface of the Vibrating Sieve, herein the light impurities such as small piece of dry pod, stalk and dusts, are removed with function of aspiration channel, and standard size of rice bran passing through holes in sieve screen, while the large size impurities are remained on the surface. The Sieve is stable in performance, large in
working capacity, and low in noise.
Cooking
By means of flat bottomed cooker, the material are heated, to improve the rate of oil yield.
