Main Equipment Introduction
Dust Separation System
1. The dust-laden air enters the bag filter.
2. The dust /powder separates inside the bag filter chamber.
3. The air is uniformly distributed avoiding channelling while the powder is separated.
4. Initially a coat of material forms on the bags. Subsequently, the coat acts as the filtering medium.
5. The dust is accumulated on filter elements while the air passes through the filter bags from outside to inside.
6. The accumulated powder is dislodged from the bags by reverse pulsejet air intermittently.
7. The dislodged powder falls on bottom cone and is discharged through powder discharge valves.
8. The dust free air is sucked by induced draft fan and is exhausted to atmosphere.
Vibration Cleaning Sieve
(1)Adopt the currently advanced process in the world, and domestic mature equipment.
(2)Cleaning: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity. Suction type gravity stone removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed.
Stone separator
1,The blowing machine is based on the different proportion of the material
and the stone, by adjusting the air pressure, amplitude and other parameters,
so that a larger proportion stone close to the screen surface move from low to high; a smaller proportion suspended in the surface move from high to low to achieve the separation.
2, with internal fans, no need to install wind net system, The Fans and vibration system are equipped different motors, non-interference adjustment;
3,vibration part motor with a transducer, which using different frequency
for small particles of material (millet), medium materials (mung bean, soybean), large granular materials (kidney beans, broad beans) to achieve the best good effect to remove stone.
Flaker
Flaking means a certainty granularity of raw material was prepared for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
Cooker
This process is heating and cooking for raw material which is easy to get oil and can improve the oil quantity from pre-press machine.It is easy to operate and have long service life.
Oil press machine
A variety of oil plants can be processed with the strongly adaptable technology, such as peanut, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seed, rice bran, safflower seed, camellia seed and so on, puffing and pre-extraction technology can be applied as per specific demands from clients to enhance yield and oil quality yet put down energy consumption so that the market can be extended.
