Solidification tank is made of 316L and 304 stainless steel . Internal wall , blending spindle and paddle are polished , and easy to clean according to “GMP” requirements . Driving part adopts horizontal drive to make whole dynamic part lower than generally average height in China . The structure is compact , and it is easy to dismantle with balanced drive .
Spindle in blender has big diameter and small number of rotation . The flat paddle and anchor paddle with great torque are on two layers , and blend stably to achieve even heating during solidification for good quality of glues . This type of solidification tank can ensure frozenness , adhesiveness and water content of glue , save energy and improve working conditions . Therefore , presently , it is an ideal solidification equipment in China .
