Working principle

XH axenic snifting valve can be sterilize every time before and after the sampling.

 

Valve Open:sampling

Manual valve can be opened by turning the opening handle (adjustable valve) or the driving lever (open/close valve).Here,the valve lever and diaphragm retract and the liquid flows in.

 

Valve closed:sterilization

Reverse the procedure and close the valve.For steaming sterilization,we suggest to install a small decompression valve (by user's option) at the outlet of the valve.

XH axenic snifting valve consists of three parts:valve body,valve head and diaphragm...

Put the rubber diaphragm on the top of the valve head lever for the telescopic motion...

Valve bodies and valve heads can be exchanged among all the valve models.

 

Valve body include types of

Weld-throat section for container installation,weld-throat section for pipeline installation,wld-throat section with clip and weld-throat section with screw thread.
