generator etc.Oil recovery average rate: 75%-90%.

1. Firstly, put the raw material(tire oil, plastic oil, waste engine oil or other waste oils)  into the first reactor by oil pump.
2. Secondly, heating the oil by conduct oil and make the liquid oil in gas form.
   
3. Then cool the oil gas.
   
4. Next, put the cooling oil into the second reactor and mix with chemicals under the certain temperature situation.
5. Put the mixed oil from the second reactor to the third reactor and mix with another chemical, and subsites.
6. Lastly,get the diesel.
7. When the oil from the second reactor to the third, the raw material could put into the second reactor and process the next
   
8. batch. The machine is continuous.

Cooling System of  Pyrolysis machine and oil refine/distillation to Diesel or naphtha :

1. Inside of horizontal condenser have 61 smaller
2.  pipes, the diameter of which is 48mm.

4. condenser can reach 50 square meters.
5. the whole cooling areas will be 100 squres meters.
   
6. So it can guarantee oil gas maximumly
   
7. cooling down to guarantee oil output.
8. Devided into 3 parts easy to insall and easy for clearance.

The vertical reactor of  Pyrolysis machine and oil refine/distillation to Diesel or naphtha :

 There are two reactors in the system and they are vertical 

reactors. The advantage of this type 

reactor is that it is very easy to clean. Before 2013, we also 

produced the old design distillation machine and it looks like 

the pyrolysis machine which using a big

 horizontal reactor. This design is cheap. But it is difficult 

to clean when finish one batch. As our customers say, they 

have to let one person into the reactor and

 to clean the slag leaves in the reactor. But you know, 

the slag is thick black oil, it is very difficult to clean when it cold

 down. It spends hours to clean. There is 

no choice, because it is unsafe to clean the reactor 

when the temperature is high. But now, it will be no problem. 

The slag could be easy to clean and it will be 

down through the bottom of the vertical reactors.

  The heating type of Pyrolysis machine and oil refine/distillation to Diesel or naphtha :

      Using conduct oil to heat the whole system. The conduct

 oil goes through the coil pipes inside

 the reactor and make the heating uniformly. 

The most important is that the indirect heating makes no

 pollutions and increase the service life 

of distillation machine.
