The raw material which can produce fuel oil by our waste recycling pyrolysis plant include waste plastic of PE, PP,PS,ABS, waste plastic from paper mills , and rubber cable, big tires and small tires,etc.

-----------Final Products-----------

-----Fuel oil and diesel 45%-50%   The main product-fuel oil produced by our waste tyre pyrolysis machine is widely  used for industrial and commercial purposes.With the heating value 10592.48Kcal/Kg,  this fuel oil is a kind of good heating fuel which can be applied for boiler factory,  cement factory,glass factory and steel mill, etc.The distillation diesel can be used  as fuel diesel or used in diesel generators and diesel burners.
----- carbon black 30%-35%   Carbon black is used as raw material or main ingredient in many  industries and the chemical structure of carbon black strengthens,  lengthens the endurance,and improves the coloring features of the materials.      It is more priceefficient to be used as an ingredient in the industries listed:      1.Cement factory      2.Conveyor band      3.Carrier Bands       4.Hose and doormat
----- steel wire 15%-18%   All of the steel present in the tyre can be detached after the pyrolysis recycling process finished.valuable  steel wires are pressed and sold to steel and scrap dealers.

The people marked with red line in the photo are our old customer Mr Victor and Mr Gauden from Macedonia. In the last 4 years, they came to China 3times for our DOING waste tyre pyrolysis machine. Their first visit was in July 2011 when they started the tyre recycling to oil business by giving the 1st trial order to us.  With the annual profit around USD1,000,100.00, they made a visit to us in December 2012 and October 2014 for the second and third order.
