(1)Feeding-in system : the raw mater ial  ;can be waste tyres,rubbers or plastic. If your raw material is plastic ,we s uggest that you use t he belt conveyor. If your raw material is&a mp;n bsp;waste tyres ,we suggest that you use autofeeder. (2) Pyrolysis system : The reasonable&nb sp;thickne ss ,it is easy to heat and easy&am p;nbs p;to be cool down. (3) Heating system : There are var ious&nbs p;kinds of fuel ,such wood ,charcoal, co al ,LPG etc. (4) Dedusting system: They usually have&nbs p;one or two equipments for dedusting , We the three, desulfurization scrubber, water film cyclon&n bsp;and& nbsp;the advanced bag dedusting . (5) Impurities removing system: there are two de vices for removing the impurities from t he oil gas ,one is gas seperate &a mp;n bsp; tank ,The oth er i s depositing tank. (6) Cooling system : We have the new design&nb sp;for&nb sp;the cooling system , It has better&am p;nbs p;cooling effect and high oil yield. (7) Oil Store system : For store the o il .

1) feed the raw material into furna ce automatically or manually, then seal t he feed inlet system
2) heat the reactor by burning the& amp; nbsp;fuel material (coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system
the reactor will slowly become&nbs p;heat&n bsp;,when the temperature reach around 250& amp; nbsp;degree celsius, the oil gas will be& amp; nbsp;formed
3) After processed by our technology, the oil gas will go to cooling system for cold liquid oil
the gas which can not become li quid under normal pressure , will be&a mp;n bsp;desinged to go back to combustion system
through safety device instead of&nb sp;the&n bsp;fuel material to burn the reactor, wh ich is environmental friendly and can sa ve you
much energy
4) After finished oil produce ,the temperation&a mp;n bsp;of reacor will be down,while,carbon black can be discharged automatically
5) when the temperature fall down to&am p;nbs p;100 degree celsius,worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of st eel wire
6) Then can start to another batch w orking
