| Main Parts&Features of tire to diesel machine | |
(1)Feeding-in system : the raw material can be waste tyres,rubbers or plastic. If your raw material is plastic ,we suggest that you use the belt conveyor. If your raw material is waste tyres ,we suggest that you use autofeeder. (2)Pyrolysis system : The reasonable thickness ,it is easy to heat and easy to be cool down. (3)Heating system : There are various kinds of fuel ,such wood ,charcoal, coal ,LPG etc. (4)Dedusting system: They usually have one or two equipments for dedusting ,We the three, desulfurization scrubber, water film cyclon and the advanced bag dedusting . (5)Impurities removing system: there are two devices for removing the impurities from the oil gas ,one is gas seperate tank ,The other is depositing tank. (6) Cooling system : We have the new design for the cooling system , It has better cooling effect and high oil yield. (7)Oil Store system : For store the oil .
(8)Waste gas recycling system: It is also named water seal,it has two effects , one is for (9)Carbon black discharging system: The carbon black is coming out automatic,there also has a screw conveyor for removing the carbon black . | |

DOING diesel from tyre oil It can turn crude oil,fuel oil,furnace oil and engine oil to diesel, the diesel can be used in the tractors, trucks and diesel oil generators,etc.

| Working process of tire to diesel machine | |
|
1) feed the raw material into furnace automatically or manually, then seal the feed inlet system
2) heat the reactor by burning the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system
the reactor will slowly become heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius, the oil gas will be formed
3) After processed by our technology, the oil gas will go to cooling system for cold liquid oil
the gas which can not become liquid under normal pressure , will be desinged to go back to combustion system
through safety device instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which is environmental friendly and can save you
much energy
4)After finished oil produce ,the temperation of reacor will be down,while,carbon black can be discharged automatically
5) when the temperature fall down to 100 degree celsius,worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire
6) Then can start to another batch working | |
