Domestic initiation of Waste oil distillation machine :
a. The complete set of unit produces no smoke and smell with favourable
effects of environmental protection.
b. The pressure release device operates through water circulation, which
greatly improves the security of the system.
c. The release of pressure during the production dramatically increases
the output within certain time and meanwhile improves the quality of oil.
d. The heating system adopts hot air heating technology, which improves
the safety performance of production and heating efficiency.
e. High efficiency fuel gas heating system. When the heated gas reaches
150 during refining, a large amount of gas will be generated: through
methane to butane, which cannot be liquefied under normal temperature.
A large quantity of energy will be generated after these gases fully burn
within a specially designed gas burner. Then energy will be saved greatly.
f. Flue dust collecting system; Equipped with ceremic dust collecting room,
which makes sure the discharged flue gas reach national emission standard.
The advantages:
a. Continuous operating for 90 days without coking.
b. Latest tubular heating system which can save fuel 20--30%.
c. All sealed and auto feeding and slag discharging system, available in 350degree
temperature condition.
d. This model is for processing waste engine oil into diesel oil.
e. The output should be above 75%, water percent affect the data obviously.
About the consumption of production:
a. Power: 138kw/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).
b. Cooling circuit water: 50m3/hour in total (the water can be circulatory and the faster
the water flow,
the better the cooling down effect).
c. Fuel for heating:
30—40KG coal is needed on average, processing one ton raw oil.
20—30KG diesel is needed on average, processing one ton raw oil.
d. Space for machine: 3000----3500m2 (the smallest space).
e. Workers: 4 to 6 workers which can be divided by two groups.
Delivery site:

1. Delivery time- It will be 10-15 days after we receive the deposit.
2. Warranty- The warranty period for reactor and other parts except spare parts is 1 year.
The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company.
3. Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation,
testing the machine and training your workers.
During the installation period, buyer should pays $50.00 pry day to our technician;
And buyer should take charge of technician round trip air tickets and accommodation
during installation.
