Environmental protection
a> waste-gas : during the process of pyrolysis , there will cause 5% waste-gas, but the waste-gas can be burnt again in the reactor as fuel materials to keep the temperature in the reactor, have you noticed the green hole in the reactor, the waste-gas enter into the hole and is burnt again. So there is no waste-gas at all.
b> Waste-water: there is a water-recycling system in the set of plant, all the process, the water can be used circulatory. So there is no waste-water in the process of pyrolysis
c> Bad smell: there will be some chemical substances feed into the catalysis tower and burnt together with the tires. It can get rid of bad smell and improve the quality of oil.
d> Emission controller: there is emission controller in the set of plant, it won’t cause dirty dust in the process of pyrolysis

A. loading plastic into reactor
B. heating reactor
C. after heating , solid plastic converted to oil gas
D. oil gas go into oil-gas separator ,heavy oil deposit and go to heavy oil tank, light oil gas go to cooling system
E. after cooling ,light oil gas change to liquid oil and go into light oil tank
F. non-liquid oil gas will to water sealing tank, then back to combustor burning to heat reactor as fuel
G. smoke produced by heating reactor will go to dedust system, after dedust system treatment , smoke change to white clean waster steam ,then go to sky through chimney.
