We will supply all the accessories and electric motors and gear box
a> The carbon black can come out from bothsides. When the carbon black coming out from the backside, it can save time to about 1-1.5 hours for discharging and labors. (the cost include in the quotation)
b> Can add the machinery feeder which can feed the tires automatically, it can save time and labors
c> Can add the wire remover which can remove the wires after pyrolysis process
d> Can add the automatical cleaner which can clean the calandria cooling system automatically
2, pyrolysis time
Feeding time: 1-1.5hours by using the machinery feeder
Pyrolysis time: 8-10hours
Cooling time: 2-3hours
Discharging time: 1-1.5hours by using backside discharger
