Working principle

Feed waste tyre into reactor, heat reactor, solid waste tyre change to oil gas, oil gas goes to cooling system , after cooling down, oil gas changes to liquid oil, then goes to oil tank.

After pyrolysis, carbon black will be produced, cool down reactor, then discharge carbon black automatic by reactor rotate and by carbon discharge machine.

Also non-condensed gas will be produced when pyrolysis, the non-condensed gas will go through water sealing then back to burning chamber,  burn to heat reactor as fuel.
