Working principle of membrane filter press for precipitated Calcium Carbonate :

The filter chamber of membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and chamber plate.With the help

of the feeding pump,the solid and liquid are separated by the filter medium(filter cloth).After the filter cake

is formed,and then air or liquid goes into the membrane plate.The second squeezing happens by the

membrane plate bulk and lower moisture content.Membrane filter press is suitable for the filtration of viscous

material and user who has higher requirments about the moisure content of filter cake.

 Membrane flter plates is molded with enhanced polypropylene plates are stick together.It is firm,not easy

to fall off,long service life.

The difference between the membrane filter press and the ordinary filter press:
