High speed and pressure centrifugal pump, feed pump specialized design for filter press
This pulp pump is specialized produce to work with filter press.
SYB type filter feed pump is dedicated by the company in connection with the introduction of foreign technology and manufacturer of the filter and the actual site conditions, well design and development of a new generation of leak-free filter pumps series. The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rare earth smelting, filter slurry liquid starch, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, paints, paper, electroplating, electricity, food and other industries.
The series uses unique hydro technology and dual-stage impeller structure to ensure the transformation of its performance curve than the average YLB, UHB, HFTK other common centrifugal pump from the filter feed pump steeper, more suitable filter into special material use conditions.
Pulp pump advantages
1. Unique sealing device
Plus a combination of negative pressure seal technology, under the circumstances of increasing the pressure and flow rate decreases, the sealing components is not under pressure, especially in the latter part of the press when the pump at high pressure, due to its innovative seal design, ensure sealing parts reach no leakage.
2. Two-stage impeller design
The pump uses dual master pump, double main impeller structural design, when the initial feeding, completely solve the defects of pump impeller vibration and noise, smooth performance curve, impeller left to narrow and poor performance. It is very suitable for the feeding of filter press, due to resistance changes, to achieve large flow resistance low pressure feed and low flow, high pressure filtration requirements.
3. Widely application
