The blood separator is one kind of tubular separator. This machine is the improved one on the base of the original separator and through experiment again and again.It can be extensively used in separating blood plasma and cell of people, pig, cow, sheep and chicken etc.

Product Description
Dehydrated bovine plasma is manufactured with fresh blood obtained under sanitary conditions from animals selected both before and after slaughter, exclusively in officially controlled plants. The dehydration system used during the process is called spray atomization and involves spraying plasma in countercurrent to a flow of hot dry air, leading to its dehydration.
This drying system yields a highly nutritional product since it avoids destroying essential amino acids that are senitive to heat.

Main Features
The main feature of it is the high yield and the rate of broken blood cell can be reduced to the lowest extent. The contact part between the separator and material is made of stainless steel which can meet the requirement of GMP in medicine making industry.
- Description of the tubular centrifuge :
- The high speed tubular centrifuge is mainly used in liquid-solid separation, liquid-liquid-solid separation in bio-pharmacy, beverage, chemical industry. It is an ideal separation equipment by centrifuging, especially for those feeding with little gravity difference, and small dimension in diameter.
- Strong in separation, simple in structure, convenient in operation and maintenance, low in consuming power, small in ground, high in speed ,strong in separation factor, small in noise, adaptive in material with high or low temperature.

The tubular centrifuge has two types according to the stipulation of the national specialized standard:
GF separation type: It is mainly used for separating all kinds of emulsion
which is very difficult to be separated in separation industry, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation with every small gravity differential of the two phases and separation of liquid-liquid-solid phases contained a little impurity.
GQ clarification type: It is mainly used for separating all kinds of suspensiondifficult to be separated, especially suitable for separation of solid-liquid suspension with light concentration, fine particles and very small differential gravity of the two phases

Working principle and Machine Structure
The separator consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seat etc.
The material is sprayed onto the bowl from the inlet on the bottom and strong centrifuge force is formed when the bowl rotates with the material and that makes the material flow upper along the wall of the bowl and then separated because of the different gravity by the centrifuge force.
GF-for separation: Heavy liquid forms outer ring and light liquid forms inner ring. They flow to the top of the bowl and discharge from their respective outlet. And the little solid is settled on the wall of the bowl and discharged manually after the machine stops.
GQ-for clarification: Heavy solid is deposited on the inner wall of the bowl,and forms the sludge. And it will be discharged by manual after the machine stops. The clear liquid flows out of outlet from the top of the bowl.
The motor connect with the big pulley and delivery the power to the spindle through the belt, tensioner and small pulley and rotate with the bowl in high-speed as the clockwise

FILTER PRESS SERIES:
Filter presses can be divided into plate and frame type and are used for solidliquid separation of
various suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration. Filter plates are pressed by pressing
devices and suspending liquid is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and separated
