SS type three-foot upper discharging centrifuge is of manual top discharging , intermittent operation filtering centrifuge. Suitable for separating solid particles containing≥0.01mm suspension, solid particles can be granular, crystalline and other forms are also available for items(such as yarn-beam, textiles, etc.) and dehydration.
The series of centrifuge simple structure, easy operation, each operation can be adjusted, residues can be washed, the solid particles are not easy to break, adaptability.

way of separator ——Two ways to separate :
1.Filtering : There is holes in the rolling drums .Its widely used for some conditions ,such as less viscosity ,solid big granular ( crystalline ) ,mostly used to dewater .
2.Decanter :Closed rolling drums to separate solid and liquid through centrifugal force .Its used widely ,such as big viscosit ,small granular both can be separted .
Working principle of the centrifuge
The material from the top to join the drum under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid spreads through the wall of the drum filter into the filter body floor chassis, a liquid outlet from the discharge, and solid materials retained in the drum, removable by hand from the top of the centrifuge from the electrical control, two-speed motor. Can automatically complete a work cycle. That is, start a slow start a high-speed running an electric brake. Can also be used with inverter.

FILTER PRESS SERIES:
Filter presses can be divided into plate and frame type and are used for solidliquid separation of
various suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration. Filter plates are pressed by pressing
devices and suspending liquid is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and separated
through filter cloth.
