Product Application
Rotary tablet press machine is single tablet press type, it can automatically rotate and continually press. It presses granular raw materials into tablets.
This machine is particularly applicable for trial manufacture in laboratory as well as the small-scale production.
It meets GMP standard, its tablet pressing chamber is completely separated from the driving mechanism, the parts contacting the drug are made of stainless steel or their surfaces are given the special treatment, which is featured with non toxicity and corrosion prevention.
Its tablet pressing chamber is enclosed by the transparent organic glass to prevent the pollution. Every surface is smooth, easy for treatment
Main Features
1) The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, and it is made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirement
2) It has transparent windows, so that press condition can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened. Cleaning and maintenance are easier
3) The machine can press not only round tablets, but also different geometrical shape tablets, double-layered and annular tablets; the tablets may have the impressed letters on both sides
4) All the controllers and devices are located in one side of the machine, so that it can be easier to operate
5)An overload protection to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs
6) The machine's worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life, preventing cross pollution
