♦Application♦:

ZP35D/37D/41D rotary press pill machine is a double-pressing type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets with different shapes, double color and impressed letters on both sides. It is mainly used in manufacturing piece prescription in pharmaceutical, chemical, foods, electronics industry.
(Note: when manufacturing double color pieces, it not only need to replace components, but also a device for removing and sucking powders which greatly lowers the cost and increases profit.)

Peripheral casing is closed form which is made of all stainless steel , internal mesa adopt stainless steel material, it can keep the surface glossy and prevent cross contamination and meet GMP requirement.

1) It is equipped with organic glass and visual window, visual tablet state, all of the side plate can turn on and clear up and maintanence is easy.

2) All controller and operating parts are rational layout

3) It is equipped with variable frequency speed control device for electrical control, convenient operation, steady running,it is safe and accurate.

4) It is equipped with overload protection device, when pressure overload, it can stop automaticly.
