♦Introduction♦

This machine is used for tabletting different kinds of powder raw materials into diverse shape tablets. It is applicable to trial manufacturing in lab or batch production in small-batch of tablets,catalysts,sugar tablets,Calcium tablets,Coffee tablets,Powder Metallurgical,Electronic elements and various tablets of pesticide and fertilizer.etc.. It features a small desktop type press for motive and continual sheeting. It can also be hand-operated optional. Meanwhile, that machine also can press various abnormity and normal tablet,and press the tablets in two sides with printing as well. Only one pair of punching die can be erected on this press. Both filling depth of material and thickness of tablet are adjustable.

♦Structural Features♦

1) The principal part of this device is a body of dragon gate, which is welded by carbon steel. The upper part is combined with the principal axis and the core shift as well as the filling cam, on the right end of which is equipped with the rocker arm and the hand shank. Transmit the principal axis manually to drive the core shift, filling cam, lifter as well as the feeder. The small lever drives the feeder to realize different lifting motions.

2) Main working process: A. filling; B. STAMP (stamping forming); C. slice. These three steps are made one by one, each of which can be adjustable, applicable for forming of various tablets.

3) This device is characterized by small volume, light weight, attractive appearance, compact structure, simple operation, wide application and easy carrying without need of electricity. It can be operated manually, replacing new moulds with different specifications can obtain tablets as required.

♦Maintenance Instructions♦

1) With respect to lubrication of equipment apparatus, refuel (engine oil and grease) the beam hanger on various operative components.

2) In case of once use completion or shutdown, it is required to clean materials with antirust oil to be coated.

3) Place the moulds with antirust oil in the container with the cover away from injury and rusting.

1) It is prohibited to place hands underneath the upper and middle moulds to avoid personal injury.

2) It is required to make materials into particles before tablet pressing based on the technique.

3) It is required to fix the equipment on the work bench before use.
