JNG-255 medical capsule filling machine is a new product well-designed on the basis of original capsule filling machine, which is adapted to the conditions of China. For general capsules it is a multi-purpose machine which can complete not only the capsule arranging, but also the capsule sealing.
The product combines three machines (cap and body arranging machines, and sealing machine) into one, with the features of low price, easy operation, convenient maintenance, low power consumption, high production efficiency, and less work places. It is widely used for production of medical capsule in small pharmaceutical factories, preparation rooms of hospitals, health product factories, etc.

♦ Installation and Debugging ♦

(I) Installation
The machine can be directly put in a clean flat-floored plant for operation without mechanical installation after it is unpacked and checked to be undamaged.
(II) Debugging
The capsule specification the machine produces has been debugged into the specification according to the order or purchased specification of the user, so that rechecking is only needed before debugging.
1. Charging hopper (the first thing is to screw two screws on the hopper, then install the hopper on the machine, and tighten the nuts.)
2. Check each facility whether any screw is loose during the transport.
3. After pushing the shifting plate in, check whether the plate is completely aligned with the corresponding 255 holes, and adjust the position of shifting bracket to align in necessity.
4. As the caps fall into the holes of plate on cap arranging machine, the openings of capsules should be slightly higher than the upper surface of plate by about 0.5 mm to 1mm; as the bodies fall into the holes of plate on body arranging machine, the openings of capsules should be at the same level with the upper surface of body plate, otherwise the height of transverse baffle fixed on the vertical bracket needs to be adjusted.
Note: the upper surface of the shifting plate should be parallel to the plate.
5. The height of support bar of the conversion plate should be like that the upper side of the conversion plate is basically close to the lower side of the shifting plate when the (cap or body) conversion plate are put into corresponding arranging machine (put without the pedal stepped). Otherwise it has to adjust the length of the two screws against the counter top inside the box and the two gland nuts on the tension bar connected to the foot lever.
6. Sealing machine: check or adjust whether the distance and parallelism between the upper side of base plate and the lower side of lifting board (turn the belt pulley of input axis on the reducer by hand to move the cam to the bottommost position) conform to the data required in Table
