Capsule filling machine is a new kind medicine packing machine which is new in the structure, attractive
in the appearance. It adopts electrical equipment, the pneumatic to control, with the electron automation counting device, frequency conversion speed controlling, and the action such as taking the capsule’s place, parting, filling, locking being able to be accomplished respectively, instanding of filling by hands. It reduces labor intensity, improves the efficacy, filling accurately, according with pharmacy hygiene request.
This machine is made of five-return capsule disengaging mechanism, medicine expects filling mechanism,
locking mechanism, frequency conversion speed controlling mechanism, the pneumatic controlling and
electrical controlling system, protecting mechanism, vacuum pump, air pump accessories and so on.
It is used to fill various capsules home and abroad, and the finished product yield reaches more than 97%.
Use: used to fill the hollow capsule with powder, graininess medicines and chemical reagents and health care articles.
Features: frequency conversions speed controlling, lavatory maintaining. The capsules’ action such as
taking the place, parting and stopping the machine are all controlled with battery charging counting, the
process is reliable.
