One:The main body.
It is the main part of this hydraulic oil press machine, which is insisted by top,packing barrel, oil outlet ,Hydraulic cylinder,pillar, base and so on.
Top lid

Type230 to type 400 adopt three-phase 380 voltage electricity.
2.When the temperature of the material is the same as that of the machine, the oil extraction rate is the highest.
Two:Put the steel plate and filter cloth,cover the lid,Start pressing the material.
Three:Observe the oil outlet of the oil,the oil from the oil line seepage and from the oil outlet,when the oil is not pressed,close the press switch,this process takes about 3-5min.Turn off the press switch, open the top cover,open the switch again,so that the material barrels rise.
Four:Turn off the switch,Take out the filter cloth and the steel plate,take out the residue cake,turn off the electromagnetic valve.
Attention:
1.Hydraulic cylinder need down to lift the pump handle, when the hydraulic cylinder down to the bottom, put down the handle.
2.The entire pressing process takes 10-15 minutes.
Before the product leaves the factory, we will guarantee test every product carefully.

2.Within the 1 year warranty,if the machine have problems that are caused by impersonal factors,we have provide accessories for free and guide our customer to maintain.
