Product Application
The hydraulic oil press machine is our new and original product, it is suitable for cold pressing and hot pressing of anything containing oil，such as olives, sesame , flax seed, peanut kernel, Jasmine Oil,Pumpkin seeds, Walnut Kernel,Chili oil, rape seeds, etc. We believe this machinery can spread out quickly in overseas.It saves more space than traditional oil press and can be operated easily and conveniently. What’s more, it is multi-functional.

Main parts detail description
Electric control cabinet
The right red light is power light.The middle green light is hydraulic pressing light . After putting materials into the machine, twist rotary switch to right side, the machine starts working to press oil.The left orange light is heat ring control rotary switch, when need hot pressing just open the switch, if cold press,trun off the switch.
Tap cap,Stanchion and Pedestal the three parts are solid.
The three parts of the machine are solid, that is to ensure machine can withstand greater pressure and hold the whole machine.
pressure gage:Pressure gage is in 40-60Mpa. When the pressure gage shows 40Mpa, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically top 60Mpa, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically go down. It need to cycle 2-3 times.
Magnetic valve:You should clean it in time to avoid plug. We provide one-year warranty.
Oil pipe:The oil pipe is made of mental and will not leak oil.
1.Open the top lid, put the bottom plate and filter cloth, and then put the material,Open the hydraulic press switch.
3.Observe the oil outlet of the oil, the oil from the oil line seepage and from the oil outlet, when the oil is not pressed, close the press switch, this process takes about 3-5min.Turn off the press switch, open the top cover, open the switch again, so that the material barrels rise.
4.Turn off the switch, Take out the filter cloth and the steel plate, take out the residue cake, turn off the electromagnetic valve.
Attention:
Hydraulic cylinder need down to lift the pump handle, when the hydraulic cylinder down to the bottom, put down the handle.
The entire pressing process takes 10-15 min.
