In the machine line , we adopt Infrared crystal dryer matched with PET Sheet Production line instead of traditional PET Dehumidifier .
Infrared dryer Advantage :
1) Energy saving ----- 1/3 of Traditional dehumidifier
2) Drying time : 20mins , Dehumidifier : 3 or 4hours
3) Easier to clean and maintain
4) Final moisture can be 70ppm
Concerning PET Sheet production line , we adopt JC Brand Screen changer , Metering gear pump , JC Mould
We have the running machine line near our factory , and we can arrange the visit to product factory so that the customer can understand how our machine line work directly .
