The production main flow as follows: baler break— label remove— crushe— wash— dewater— dry— stock.
Working principle: This PET bottle recycling machine, separate label by label remover, crush bottles into flakes, remove the earth and sand though hot washer, friction washer, and washing tank, than, dewater and dry to get clean PET flakes.
According to different material and dirty of the material, the device of the machine will be different.
Now we have new model high speed friction washing and dewatering machine and new model horizontal dewater machine.
* New model high speed friction washing and dewatering machine with three sections, one is dirty water dewatering, second is clean water friction, third is friction dewatering.
* New model horizontal dewater machine with rotating speed 2100 rpm. Final moisture content is 1.8%.
