Specifications

The production main flow as follows: baler break— label remove— crush— wash— dewater— dry— stock.
Many kinds of machines make up this production line, baler breaker, sorting platform, belt conveyor, label remover, sorting platform, belt conveyor, crusher, screw loader, single or double screws washing tank, screw loader, steam washing machine, screw discharger, friction washer, single or double screw washing tank, dewatering machine, drying machine, storage hopper etc.
This plastic recycle line , separate label by label remover, crush bottles into flakes, remove the earth and sand though hot washer, friction washer, and washing tank, than, dewater and dry to get clean PET flakes.
The capacity of this PET bottle recycling machine is 300kg/h-3000kg/h, we can accord to custom’s requirements to choose suitable machines.
Applications:
PET clean flake can use in PET granulating machine, PET strap machine, PET fiber machine and some other machines. Also you can use for more machines after you get PET granules from PET flake. PET flake is the most popular material in the plastic industry. It will get a good profit for you.
