The production flow as follows: baler break— label remove— crush— wash— dewater— dry— stock.
Many kinds of machines make up this production line, baler breaker, laber remover, crusher, sorting platform, friction washing machine, steam washing machine, single or double screw washing tank, belt conveyor, screw loader, dewatering machine, drying machine, storage hopper etc.
Working principle: This PET bottle recycling machine, separate label by label remover, crush bottles into flakes, remove the earth and sand though hot washer, friction washer, and washing tank, than, dewater and dry to get clean PET flakes.
The capacity of our PET bottle recycling machine can be from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h, we can accord to customer’s requirements to design the suitable machine.
