Specifications
The pelletizing/granulating line is better than the single screw extruder and with higher output and better products qualityThe pelletizing line is suitable for PP,PE films to be pellet.It's double stage,and the final product will be very clean also the quality is very good.
The material go to agglomerate through belt conveyor.And through the rotate plate in agglomerate,they are be sent to the extruder,also the extruder has included hydraulic screen changer,it needn't stopping to chage screen,it's automatic.Just the machine is double stage,so the material will be sent into another extruder and then they will arrived at water ring cutting pellet machine,and to the dewaterer pellet machine,final it will in storage hopper through wind convey system.
