PE PP film recycling squeezer machine
PE PP film recycling squeezer machine dry HDPE LDPE films by screw pressing. Final moisture content is around 3-5%. Compared with traditional hot air dryer and dewater, PE film squeezing dryer is low power consumption, big capacity, high efficiency. It is widely used in PE film washing recycling line.
Make an example for 500kg/h PE film squeezing dryer and traditional drying system(hot air dryer+ dewater):
1. PE film squeezing dryer is low power consumption. It only need 45kw; traditional drying system total need 91kw(Hot air dryer is 36kw, dewater is 55kw).
2. PE film squeezing dryer is high efficiency, final moisture content is 3-5%. Traditional drying system(hot air dryer+ dewater) final moisture content is around 10-15%.
Product Specification:
1. Delivery time: 30 working days after receiving down payment.
2. Payment: 30% paid by TT as deposit, 70% paid before delivery.

1. Do you have engineer service to the customer factory?
Yes, engineer service is allowed.
2. How can I get the after service?
In warranty period, we will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us. If the problem is caused by wrong operation, we supply the spare part in cost price.
3. How long is the warranty period?
One year since date on bill of loading.
4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine?
All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
