PE PP film/bag crushing washing drying machine
PE PP film washing recycling system is designed for recycling agriculture film, waste industry film, house refuse films, ton bags, PP woven bags. Capacity is 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h.
PE PP film washing recycling line basic process as follow: Belt conveyor- crusher- friction dewatering system- screw feeder- high speed friction washer-double V bottom rinsing washer- screw feeder-film squeezing dryer(horizontal dewater)- Air conveying hopper. The device will be different according to dirty of raw material. If raw material is PE film, drying system, we suggest PE film squeezing dryer or squeezing&pelletizing machine. If raw material is PP woven bags, drying system use horizontal dewater is more better.
PE PP film（with water) granulating machine
PE PP film(with water) granulating line is specially designed for PE PP film with 10-20% moisture granulating. Raw material feed by conveyor. There is water outfall under the raw material inlet. Inlet part adopts electromagnetic heating. Low power consumption and high efficiency. Double stages granulating system make PE PP granule with less bubbles, high density and good quality. PE film adopts horizontal die face pelletizer, PP film adopts strand pelletizer. Output is around 200-1000kg/h.
Raw material: PE agriculture films, PE garbage films, packing bags, waste industry films, PP ton bags, woven bags and so on.
This flow chart is only for reference. We will make flow chart according to different material.
PE PP film washing line
Capacity: 300-1000kg/h
Raw material: Machine after crusher, stainless steel or carbon steel.
Plastic crusher with friction dewater
Crusher working with water, it pre-wash material, then send to friction dewater system which make waste PE PP film clean.
Double-V bottom rinsing washer
Double-V bottom design, easy to pollution discharge. It with turning over discharger. The part contact material is stainless steel #304.
High speed friction washer
This high speed friction washer with three function: a. dirty water dewatering. b. clean water friction washing. c. friction dewatering.
PE PP film granulating machine
It suitable for PE PP film with water. High capacity, low energy consumption.
PE PP film granulating machine
Single screw, two extruders make granule high density, no bubbles.
