HDPE milk bottle recycling line
Product Description
HDPE bottle washing recycling line is specially designed for recycling HDPE milk bottles. HDPE milk bottle washing recycling line basic process: Belt conveyor- shredder- screw feeder- hot rinsing washing tank- high speed friction washer- rinsing washer- dewater- hopper. Capacity of HDPE milk bottle washing recycling line is 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h. We can produce HDPE milk bottle washing recycling line according to customer’s requirement.
Product advantages:
- New model high speed friction washer: This model friction washer with three zones. First zone is swage water dewatering, second zone is clean water friction washing, third zone is friction dewatering. It with screen cleaning device and big maintain door.
- Hot rinsing washing tank: it adopts electricity or steam heating and water temperature is about 70-80 degree. The temperature is controlled automatically. Double V bottom design, fill more water and with excellent effect on remove milk and oil.
- High speed dewater machine: rotating speed is 2100rpm, final moisture content is 1.8%. Low power consumption, high efficiency.
